Who do YOU want to see? Let us know in the poll below! Please select more than one topic as you can click on as many as you like.
ATTENTION RAW LIFTERS, OLYMPIC LIFTERS and STRONGMAN: We’ve had an OVERWHELMING number of requests to feature raw lifters, strongman and olympic lifters on the site, however, we haven’t had very many ranked raw lifters, strongman or olympic lifters who submitted interest in keeping a log. We’re going to keep our submission e-mail open a couple more days. So, all of you get your butt in gear (raw lifters, please don’t take that literally) and submit your information here. Then you can brag to all of your friends that you are on the strongest Web site in the world! Remember, it’s kind of like talking to a hot girl, if you don’t try, they won’t notice you even exist.

How about Ryan Celli? He’s a single ply/raw lifter who has a ton of knowledge about everything powerlifting.
would like to see combat athletes(mma, wrestling, martial arts) or their trainers
I would like to see people like Jim Wendler, Matt Kroc, Eric Lilliebridge, Konstantin Konstantinovs, stan efferding, Paul Carter
The days of the “fat, out of breath powerlifter” are gone. People who look the part, and are crazy strong raw are the new breed of lifters.
Chris Jenkins, used to have a log on elite. Bring that dude back. He also had nice hair!! Massive pound for pound deadlifter and awesome athlete.

How bout Michael Cartinian.
definitely Paul Carter`s!
I compete in masters track and field (50 and over). The athletes involved represent what can still be accomplished. This is why I would like to see innovative, sport and age related training programs presented.
i completely agree with mark from holland
Give Pat Mendez a Log. Or Average Broz Gym.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6mRbQG-PL4
Dave I know you said you’ve been burned in the past by hunting people down but you should make an exception for America’s best hope at gold in Olympic Weightlifting.
Think about it: you don’t have to convert him from another company over to Metal because there’s no gear. Right in this video you see that Rob’s Coach, John Broz, is wearing an EFS Shirt while he spots Pat on the Bench.
By not having anything on Olympic Lifting on your site you’re losing out. This seems like a big chunk of the iron game that EFS has just ignored. And if Pat does keep his log up into 2012 EFS would have the published logs of an Olympian. That would be huge.
How about a guy like Willie Albert or jay nera 2 of the best raw lifters on the planet and they train together so maybe 2 for 1
Is the last option supposed to be military? its spelled right on the poll results, but wrong on the actual poll. not being a grammar spelling nazi at all because i suck at it, but i just noticed it.
i think an elite european IPF lifter. i think by having someone with a differing style of training would be great, ie like the russians or ukranians
and an elite bencher would be sick as well kennelly, seth coker, robert vick etc
Howz about drug free powerlifter and drug free bodybuilder?
sorry i just realized uve got dizenzo, elite bencher. tick
how about an unequipped drug free soldier who is nationally ranked AND prepping to go back overseas? Like, me?
Pat mendez of Average broz, rob adwell or any members of the gym would be good. Pat mendes wants to break Shane Hammans record and have the biggest total of all time after weightlifting.
Also what about some of the folks over at http://www.70sbig.com? What about getting Mark Rippetoe logging his training, he can still squat around 500 and strict press 225 and I know Jim and him are quite good friends so it could be arranged. Plus if you can log with Mark it would most likely bring a lot of crossfit people (I know they can be annoying) which nowadays is becoming a big market globally, check out their revenues! Mark was able to sell many copies of his book through the crossfit network, you could become one of the main retailers for boxes with squat racks, pullup areas, glutehams, ropes and go head on with rogue fitness/ associate with them.
How about an over 50 powerlifter like myself?
over 40, drug free, raw pl/strongman
lol……what? we’re out here….haaha
Like Vince I want to see powerlifters over 50 and their logs. They said lifting can be done for ever so why doesn’t any place support the Master lifters?
Muppet want’s log. Give Muppet log! Muppet Olympic lifts AND Raw Powerlifts.
Vote Muppet for Ambassador of both Sports.
Muppet will post log where he pleases!
Pat Mendes would be cool, Kendrick Farris would be another good O lifter, Eric Lilliebridge would be good for raw powerlifting, and for geared powerlifting I wouldn’t mind seeing someone like Dave Hoff would be cool.
I would also like to see a high school powerlifter, like myself, get a log. Think about it!
I want to see more Sheiko logs. Does anyone notice that milatary is spelled wrong?
I would like to see more logs posted by lifters who make up for their lack of substance and writing ingenuity with pictures of half naked women.
Pat Mendes; Average Broz Gymnasium, Las Vegas, Nevada…
With out a doubt, he is the number one strength athlete (Oly Lifter), whose training log I want to see.
John Broz; Average Broz Gymnasium, Las Vegas, Nevada…
I would say he is really the only coach I am interested in learning from right now. His philosophy on training is motivating and in some ways revolutionary to the lifting world.
I would like to see a top raw lifter/cross over lifter, like Andrew Hollenbeck, especially with his RTS training style.
It would be great to see a mid level raw lifter, who is converting to gear.
I would love to see a lifetime drug free raw lifter keeping a log on this site. Seeing what the natural human body is capable of lifting without gear or steroids would help me out the most. Thank you for all the valuable info you guys put up here on a daily basis. I read every article every day!
A lifter from Big Iron would be fantastic, I’m sure many would agree.
While the idea of Stan Efferding, Eric (or Ernie!) Lilliebridge, et. all is great and would love to see it, in the sport/industry as a whole we need some more women writing (Gear AND Raw).. There is so little out there about women from women who actually can put up some numbers (not talking about “for their size” either)..
I would love to see logs from Efferding, Mendes, or Kendrick Farris. An MMA fighter like Carwin or another strong one would be great. As mentioned by someone else, Rip would be cool, and most likely funny as hell. Although Rip doesn’t compete anymore, so perhaps another 50+ lifter would be interesting.
Same as Peteman – a lifetime drug free raw powerlifter would be great.
Chris Jenkins
Stan Efferding
Eric Lilliebridge
Pat Mendes
Mike Tuscherer
I would like to see a training log from new professional strongman Mike Caruso.
Mike may be new to the professional ranks; however, he is an extremely powerful and explosive athlete that is well-rounded in many events. His expertise and insight into training, nutrition, and recovery would be a benefit for this site and I believe many readers could take away a substantial amount of valuable knowledge from reading his log.
If you’re going to get Nera and Albert in on it just get the rest of team Canada too. Glendy Randall is insanely young for all that she has accomplished, she does strongwoman and powerlifting. Greg Doucette has been in the game for a while to as a bodybuilder and powerlifter, and he was invited to the Arnold this year. And don’t forget Nera’s bobsled background, that would be a new subject out here too.
If you want a Russian elite bencher,I’d pick Stanislav Milostnoy. He’s a great guy, and he has (is it 6 or 7) World Championship Titles. He was invited to the Night of Champions and the Arnold. And his English isn’t too bad.
I’d like to hear everything from everyone possible, because everyone is going to bring something different to the table, and it all comes together for some great multi-faceted training. No-one, no matter how great ever knows everything (I apologize to those of you who think you know everything).
I think it would be cool to get a guy like Tusherer. There is also a guy in Kentucky named LeTroy Higgins. Saw him at the USAPL Ohio meet and the Arnold Raw Challenge and he is sick. 700+ raw squat and pull and somewhere in the 500′s raw bench if people want drug free raw.
Getting some college age guys that are just learning how to train effectively but are already putting up big weight would also be cool
What about Shane Hamman to talk about Olympic Lifting and Power lifting. I mean the guy did both really really well and would have tons of insight on both sports. I am sure he could also talk about basic strength and Strongman lifts as well. It’s not about what sport you do or what aspect of life you follow. It ‘s about the noble truths and principles of lifting.
