In the video above, there are 10 easy effective shoulder prehab/rehab warm-ups that we perform at NeboBarbell. These are just a few of the exercises we do. There are several others, but I chose the 10 easiest to explain and show. I hope this helps lifters and others looking for some shoulder warm-ups. Thanks to Mike Robertson and Jim Smith from Diesel Crew for all their knowledge and helping me learn the importance of stretching and rehab stuff.
Joey Smith is currently one of the top 275 lb & 308 lb.-class bench pressers in the world. Thanks Joey. Going through a lot of shoulder pain right now and moral drop due to not being able to put up weight fro shoulder pain. Your routine will keep me in the gym for upper body workout.
Wondering if you have some tips on “what not to work” when you are having shoulder problems? I have learned, thanks to my injury, how complex the shoulders are and seems like they are in on every upper body exercise. Right now I am just focusing on shoulder (and thus all upper body) rehab, and then normal lower body exercise. Sound ok?
Thanks again Joey and Elite EFTS!

@bones… another internet tough guy lol. Show some respect to this guy that has gone out of his way to help us all train. Keep acting a fool though because you’ll inevitably have to prove yourself one day lol
Thanks Joey!
