Everything felt great tonight. I was supposed to do another set of 2-boards, but I wanted to leave some in the tank for next week. The last set was very heavy at the top, but not too bad. Bench is showing some improvement and that’s good because I need to get my bench into the 800s and more.














Brian – ive heard many different theories on incrementing your weights when warming up, for someone with a 365 max would you recommend they do smaller incremements or would you still recommend a 135 – 255- 315 – 365 type rep scheme? good luck on hitting 800 in the near future.
