Post Workout: 10:30AM
- Four scoops of Juggernaut Muscle Growth Formula
I really like this stuff. Four scoops gives me 60g of protein, 55g of fast-acting carbs, 8 g of fats, 8g of creatine and 8g of leucine, and it tastes great.
Train clients: 10:30AM – noon
I train a group of NFL/College Linemen and these guys are great. I’m really happy with one of my athletes, who is a freshman center for a local junior college. He has put on 24 pounds this offseason (since mid December) and improved his lifts.
- Bench Press – 295 to 385 pounds
- Squat – 365 x 3 to 545 x 1
- He added two inches to his vertical
- Brought his 20 yard shuttle down from 4.58 to 4.40
- This past week he did 28 reps of 225 pounds at testing for his college
Lunch No. 1: 11:30AM
- Pasta with peppers and six turkey meatballs
Train clients: noon – 1:30PM
- I train a great group of 10 BJJ athletes who are preparing for World Championships in early June. This group is full of STUDS. We have a real chance to bring home five weight class gold medals at World’s and a great shot at absolute titles in both purple and black belts.
- I get treatment on my elbows and chest from our Chiropractors at Paradigm Performance Chiropractic. They did a little ART and Graston. I get these treatments done over my whole body three to five times per week.
Lunch No. 2: 2:30PM
- Grilled Chicken Breast and 2 Sweet Potatoes
Train athletes: 3:30 – 4:45PM
- Awesome high school volleyball girls. There are going to be some badasses in there.
Snack: 5PM
- Three scoops of Juggernaut Anytime Shake. Great shake. Blend of casein and whey, essential fatty acids, greens mix, vitamins and minerals, and digestive enzymes.
Train athletes: 5:30 – 6:45PM
My last group of the day is a group training session that has some volleyball players and water polo guys. There are several who are going to be at D1 schools in the fall, and a couple others who will be in the years to come.
I finished off the day at a sushi place, but my 24-hour carb window had come to a close, so I was all over chicken, shrimp, short ribs and veggies. They have sweet happy hour deals, so I ate a lot to say the least.

Holy Shit you take in 4lbs of biotest before your work out? How do you still have a liver. No wonder you’re a beast.
I think he meant 4 scoops, I hope.
@ Rob- that’s 4 lbs 2oz of weight the the container he buys. 4 lbs of Surge in 1 sitting would be 1500 carbs. That was a typo there. Sorry for that.
What kind of program was the freshamn linebacker running? Those are some crazy results!!
that must be a typo
@Matt
It’s the kinda program I write for people at…

Explosive nutrition 24h approach i see?trying it out myself for few days now, good stuff.
im doing your Jugg method it is really ass kicking im on 8 phase..deadlift days are killing me now !
…impressive numbers!
What the deuce is #7′s “special exercise?”
Chad, have you considered adding some more volume to your deadlifting? Might help. I noticed reading this and watching your vids that you hardly ever deadlift..
I don’t see a time slot for moustache grooming. You’re slipping my friend. Seriously, I look forward to watching Chad’s numbers climb over the years. He’s an excellent lifter and a great guy.
@Matt
Glad to hear it
@Niel
The special exercise is something I don’t wanna reveal to my competition
@Random
I’ll consider picking it up some haha
Just popping in to say that the Juggernaut method is the greatest method I’ve ever come across. I haven’t even hit the 3-rep cycle and my lifts are ALL up. It’s mindblowing.
Looks, though, like you’re doing a more “intuitive” training method now, yes?
What’s your rationale for executing your 3RM, then 7 sets of 4, and then deficit pulls? It just seems like a lot of volume for a deadlift movement. Also, what percentages would you use for those?
Last question, what macros are you shooting for with your diet? (kcals/c/f/p)
man that sounds like the life…lifting eating and training other athletes:)
What do i need to do to Operate my own gym and train athletes by 23? (I’m 20 now)
awesome workout as always. me and a friend will begin juggernaut training on monday! being in afghanistan, resources are limited, but definitely going to kick ass!
