Nutrition Q&A
Dietary Fat Loading plan I’ve been using the Dietary Fat Loading plan since the article was posted about a month ago, and I’ve seen a 10-lb drop in body fat based on a caliper test. Summer came on quickly, and I have another 20 to lose before I’m not only ready to make weight but also ripped for some summer fun! While I’ve done very well with the 100% MR Muscle Synthesis and Alpha Omega so far, I don’t quite understand the role of the Fat Reduce in the fat loss picture. Please explain. Also, how long before I have to change the nutrition plan before it gets stale?By Scott Mendelson
