I received my Fat Gripz from EliteFTS about six months ago and they’ve become a staple in my program. These things fit on to any bar or dumbbell, and in just a few sets, your forearms will burn so bad that you’ll curse at these things. We love to use them for benching, chins, pull-ups, rows, shrugs, deadlifts, and basically anything involving a barbell or a dumbbell.
For the bench press
Chin-ups
Kroc rows (a much more badass way to do dumbbell rows)
Then we got to thinking. We could use our Fat Gripz all the time instead of just at the gym! How so? These are just a few ways that we’ve been incorporating them into our daily lives.
Drinking beers
Taking notes
Grilling steaks
When attempting to have good hygiene
Self-explanatory
Fat Gripz fingers
Driving around
At spinning class…wait…I forgot we don’t do cardio.
We’re now well on our way to the ripped, massive forearms of our dreams! Our grip strength will be envied by many, and our manliness will be sought after by all those who we come across. We will soon be bending steel with the pinch of our fingers and crushing the hands of our inferiors with our firm handshakes. Get your Fat Gripz today and reap the benefits.

I laughed, I have thought of several of these before actually.
I was waiting to see if the ‘self-explanatory’ would come up or not… that made me laugh
Thats pretty damn funny
That was helarious! Thanx for the laugh
the trick on self explanatory is having a natural fat grip
freaking hilarious…
For the self-explanatory….I don’t know if I can last long enough to get a forearm workout. What do you guys suggest? I am guessing start with the fat grip beer drininking then move to the self-explanatory phase.
Thanks for the props everyone! I’m working on Part II right now… I got plenty of good ideas but if you got any good ones post them
this joins the ranks of wendlervision as some of the funniest training shit on the net.
hilarious.
U mofos I came up with many many more ideas for fat gripz months before you. I will be suing you shortly. Ps.you will never get suggestions from my list of over 100 biatch
I was a bit disappointed to be honest. I had high hopes for this article based off title, but I think the delivery was a sophmoric frat-boy cop out. Fat Gripz beer coozy….really bros?
How about a functional article to help us get stronger instead of a looking for a cheap laugh.
I love my fat gripz and use them for farmers walks and dips to add a few constructive ideas for people that are serious about strengthening their grip.
These were really funny!
im actually a little surprised by the lack of actual content in the article. Tate and Wendlers article are known to change from topic to topic but are usually insightful in some way, and they are incredilble strength athletes.
also, i really do like to take my advice on the articles from someone that actually looks like they work out, no disrespect to the bros in the article but a little less time drinking beer, a little more time drinking some protein shakes/milk/raw eggs and putting some size and muscle on.
you trolls seem like bundles of fun to be around… where are your articles?
i hope you arent calling me a troll because of some constructive criticism.
You put the fat gripz on some bars for benching, chin ups, and rows, thats not really a groundbreaking exercise, i was expecting at least a little more actual content or maybe a new idea for it before you put one on a bud light bottle.
As you pointed out, its very true i dont have an article, but if i did have an article i would have at least tried to leave the readers with something to ponder, or get pumped up about, anything.
Brendon,
A wise man once said that unless someone is bigger than you, you shouldnt take advice from them.
You arent, so I wont.
I dont write articles because I am not stronger than Tate or Wendler yet…so I will let them share their experience. You should try that.
–Troll 1
fucking hilarious.
I was just trying to have some fun…. you know maybe you wanted to laugh I like laughing don’t you?? … notice I didn’t write an article on how to increase your deadlift or bench press because like you said I am not experienced or strong enough… I’m 21 I’m working on it
Nice article Brendan.
