Adam Driggers
Adam Driggers is 38 years old and has been lifting for 14 years and competing for 10. He’s currently training to squat 1000 pounds at 198, and wants to press 700 at 198 and pull 700 at 198. At his last meet, Tampa Barbell Invitational, he totaled 2210, for a five-pound meet PR total. Adam trains at his home, Team Samson Powerlifting.
Ben Brand
Ben Brand is a raw lifter that trains out of Dynamo Powerlifting Club in Rising Sun, MD. He totaled 2150 at his last raw meet, APA Delaware Classic. Ben is one of the top raw lifters in the world.
Steve Goggins
In 2003, Steve Goggins recorded one of the most impressive squats of all time: 1102lbs at just over 260lbs. He was had several world records and has won the Heavyweight Champion of the WPO four times. His best bench is 600 and his best pull is 881. Steve has competed in just about every federation and has been involved in the sport since 1979.
Physique
Christian Carter
Christian Carter is the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Illinois State University and has an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. As the strength coach, he implemented training programs for 11 of their sport teams. Those teams range from football to women’s gymnastics and anywhere in between. On top of that, he also consults with a wide range of clients on their training and/or diet goals online. Christian is a competitive bodybuilder that has and will continue to compete in powerlifting meets during his off-season. His two-year goal is to reach professional status in natural bodybuilding and qualify for the raw unity in powerlifting.
Jen Comas
Jen Comas is a NPC Bikini competitor who wants to try her first raw powerlifting meet in 2011. She is a personal trainer, teaches Spin, yoga (currently learning the Ashtanga series) and Body Pump. Jen dreams of owning her own studio one day and wants to study in India. She’s obsessed with powerlifting and aspires to be one of the only girls that can crossover successfully from the NPC Bikini division to raw powerlifting. She wants to be proof that lifting heavy doesn’t make you burly or less sexy.
Michael Keck
Michael Keck is a bodybuilder and raw powerlifter. He competed in the 242 Pro Raw division and broke the old World Record in the class with a 1630 total. He also co-owns Redpointfitness.com.

Jon Taylor
Jon Taylor is the youngest raw lifter on the site. He is still in high school. Jon has been training at EFS for two years now. He has competed in three raw meets, one being a full-power.

Strongman
Amy Wattles
Amy Wattles is a seasoned strongwoman and highland games competitor. Amy has been competing in strongman competitions for six years and highland games for two. In 2010 Amy won the North American Highlander Association (NAHA) National Championship in Omaha, NE. Amy is the Idaho State Chair for NAHA. In 2008 Amy competed in World Strongwoman Championship (formerly World’s Strongest Woman) in Poland.
Andy Deck
Andy Deck placed third out of 16 (lightweight) at his first pro competition and earned an invite to the World Amateur Championships at the Arnold in 2011. He trains in Salisbury most of the time, but also occasionally at Bel Air in Baltimore, MD. He is currently working on earning his MS in applied health physiology from Salisbury University in Maryland.
Chris Vaughn
Chris Vaughn is on his way to become a Pro Strongman. Even with his handicap of being legally blind, he placed second at Arizona’s Strongest Man. In his first powerlifting competition, he beat 20 guys and went nine for nine at the Rhode Island State Championships.
Clint Darden
Clint Darden earned his Pro Card in Strongman in 2003 in the USA and moved to Cyprus in 2004. He competed in the USA, as well as throughout Europe representing both the USA, as well as Cyprus on the International Level. He owns Elite Power Nutrition supplements in Cyprus, a full-time dad and the Director of Autism Assessment Support Practice. He has struggled with Ulcerative Colitis for 4 years now and has come a very long way, but still suffers from it still daily.
Steve Pulcinella
Steve Pulcinella has been passionately strength training since he was 13 and competing in strength athletics ever since the age of 14. Fueled by his early influences of Strength and Health Magazine and the Wide World of Sports airing the Worlds Strongest Man, he strived to build the biggest and strongest body that he possibly could. He started out as a powerlifter and progressed into doing strongman. His biggest pro strongman title was the 1993 North American Champion and he was selected as a competitor in the 1994 Worlds Strongest Man Contest. He has also been a Highland Games Professional since 1994 and still competes as a top ranked master competitor. He also started Iron Sport Gym in 1995. It is a commercial gym in Philadelpia specializing in strength training, powerlifting, olympic lifting and strongman. www.ironsport.com

Did anyone take the time to read Rachel’s Bio? That was funny stuff. Atleast I hope it was meant to be funny. If not, I just stuck my foot in my mouth which is probably not a good thing since my training log isn’t even up yet.
