Low Carb Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 4 oz 98% ground chicken (measured raw)
  • 2-4 T tomato paste
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 1 pack of shirataki noodles (miracle noodles)

Instructions
1. Cook ground chicken with mushrooms.
2. Add water and seasons to tomato paste to make sauce.
3. Prepare shirataki noodle by running hot water over them.
4. Pour altogether and eat!

Shirataki noodles are calorie free and carb free…just fiber. Fills you up without the guilt.
