Oreo Fudge Ice Cream

  • 1 tube Cool Whip (8 oz)
  • 1 package Jello Chocolate Instant Pudding (3.9 oz)
  • 8 Oreo Cookies (chopped)
  • ½ cup hot fudge ice cream topping (warmed)
    • 12 count vanilla ice cream sandwiches

Directions

  1. Pour fudge topping into medium bowl.
  2. Whisk in 1 cup of Cool Whip.
  3. Add dry pudding mix.
  4. Stir 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in chopped Oreo cookies.
  6. Arrange 4  ice cream sandwiches side-by-side on a 24 inch long piece of foil.
  7. Top with half the Cool Whip mixture.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Top with remaining sandwiches.
  10. Frost top and sides with remaining Cool Whip.
  11. Bring foil sides.
  12. Double-fold top and ends loosely, seal packet.
  13. Freeze 4 hours.
