Alec, it was Chocolate flavored protein powder. My blend is 65% Micellar Casein and 35% beef protein isolate. The shake rocks!

that recipe is killing me. A nice trick that Mike Ruggiera shared with me was adding heavy cream or whipping cream to protein shakes…fat good…tastes like an orgasm in your mouth. <3
