In this episode, I interviewed Mountain Dog Diet training and nutrition expert, John Meadows (also known as the man that makes Dave Tate use his knee wraps as vomit towels). John is part of the weekend crew here at elitefts™ and I was starting to feel selfish interrogating him for my own personal knowledge. I dragged him into the office and we discussed how to boost your nutrition program to the next level. I think we both came across as quite sharp due to John’s decades of study and my 15 minutes of jotting down facts off of Wikipedia.
On my first full day of employment, Dave tossed me down in front of a microphone to interview Brian Carroll and Julia Ladewski. I did a decent job of pulling questions from out of my ass and I think you will leave this episode knowing both of these great athletes a little better.
Elitefts™ equipment expert, Matt Goodwin, will tell you about the introduction of our Old School Line and makes some declarations that made me feel personally uncomfortable.
I also spoke to photojournalist Garry Bartlett about the recent death of his long-time friend, MuscleMag International Publisher, Robert Kennedy. This is an episode not to be missed.

I’d like to listen to this but I DON’T see an embedded player and the direct download URL isn’t working either.
I like to use DoggCatcher to download and listen to podcasts but I can’t find you guys anywhere.
Help?
The direct download link is broken.
Sorry, Julius. That link has been fixed.
Neel,
The direct download link, takes a few minutes because it does not begin playing until it downloads in full, so you will have a blank white page until it does. (It is 21.2MB)
Nice show.
I wanted to embed the player on my site, but it doesn’t let me disable the auto play.
Autoplay disabled, Gregor. Thanks for the input. We are fine-tuning this concept and your feedback helps.
Great show, good work guys
Awesome show. Listened to it last night. I think a lot of us were / are looking forward to what John Meadows had to say and you delivered on all fronts. Will definitely be tuning in for ep. 5.
Thanks for this! My hometown is where Garry is from. Also, thought Meadows interview was great, made a lot of sense to me where I am at in my life, training and age! Articles like this is why Elitefts is above all others. No one gives away as much free education as they do!
Love it :))
can you guys post these on pocket cast its a podcast player on android
I will look into this tomorrow, Davion.
Awesome show! John Meadows interview was great!
