Someday I will…
Someday I will have scar tissue on my upper back.
Someday I will use a real barbell.
Someday I will give all I have and find more.
Someday I will learn from my mistakes.
Someday I will know the different between hurt and pain.
Someday I will constantly love the feel of steel in my hands.
Someday I will want to quit – and not.
Someday I will have to dig deep.
Someday I will deadlift more than my dad.
Someday I will do the impossible.
That day starts today…

I love stuff like this… nothing better than teaching a kid the right way
cute. Kids definitely got the hips for squats and deads.
I can not wait till I have a kid one day to teach him what I’ve learned from training and made me who I am today. So he will be even stronger inside and out than I will be.
Someday I will be proud of my scraped shins and calluses.
This kid has better squat and deadilft form than some of the idiots that train at my gym.
Someday I will…exceed my potential as a successful MMA fighter and strength coach.
“someday I will……..break a world record”. Daughter Gwendolyn 13, training deadlifts in this video, recently set an AWPC raw world record deadlift. Anvil Power!

Someday he will run the place!
He had just turned 4 and we couldn’t stop him from working out with the kettlebells, so I had to get it on tape!
Someday I will realize I will never know it all and then strive to know more every single day.
Someday I will do my best and then find a way to do better.
Someday I will have someone who will learn from the scars I bare to make them a better man than I ever was or will be.
Someday i will……..Represent Great Britian at the Olympics in Skeleton. 2014 here i come!!!
This is my son pulling my sled @ the end of a workout. This kid is awesome…he asked to do it. Pulled probably five times till he couldn’t move it anymore. The video is shot in gravel, and its hooked up to chains. Oh he also just turned 4 in this video. This little guy is awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9AQY5t070g
