Under The Bar: Success

Maybe it’s a combination of being busy, or just lazy so this column will be a re-post of a video from 2007.

I was invited with Marc Bartley, Jim Wendler and Matt Kroczaleski to speak at a seminar in Boston for Total Performance Sports.

Highlights include:

Kroc squatting until he puked.

Bartley making fun (understatement) of me for being lean ONLY to go on a diet himself and get lean one year later.

Jim…well…just being Jim.

Murph beard being 1.75 inches longer.

There were MANY other things that can wait for another time, but I was asked…

“What do you feel is the #1 most important quality of success?”

Now it’s your turn. What do you feel the number one quality for success is?
