Dave,
Are you going to discuss how to rehab the shoulder at the same time as increasing the bench?

I agree that a series like this on deadlift, squat and military press would be great. These have helped me iron out a few issues I was having already.

The only thing I want to add is that since most of us don't train with gear, any video of this sort should be focused on raw technique (like this one already is).

Very informative! Dave is great at explaining things. Thanks again for all the useful content you put out on this website and all the work you put into it!

Nice! If you got the time, definitely do more of these vids, they're like case series, where you recognize a problem and then talk about how to fix it. Good stuff!

Dave thanks for taking the time to do the series, its greatly appreciated.

A similar series on squat, deadlift, or OHP would also be tremendously helpful.

Thank you.

Tate asked if you're benching for strength or hypertrophy. Would the setup be different if one was benching for hypertrophy?

Do all of these tips apply to incline bench as well, or not really since there is a significantly different angle and whatnot? It would seem things like leg drive and scapular retraction would be different in that case.

This series is great. A little bit of technique at a time that is very well explained. Every explanation is clear and concise.
