Dave, I don’t think you said “FAIL!”
The main problem (Dave) stated is that the lifter is not training this portion of the lift, “pulling the hips through.” Again, as why most fail in their attempts, is lack of knowledge of what is actually happening with “their” physiology and what they need to do (lifts, stretches, etc…) to correct it so they can meet their goals.
hey,just observed your Post when i google something and wonder what webhosting do you use for your website,the speed is more faster than my web site, i really want to know it.will back to check it out,many thanks!
