i have a poor mans dip attachement. i put two barbells inside the rack across the catch pins, and just use the barbells for dips. if its too wide for you, put boards between the rack posts and barbells to bring them closer together.

I'm thinking about buying one of these racks. Where can I see the pulling rack? I did a web search and could not find it on this sight. Any help would be appreciated? And I apologize if I'm stupid and its here somewhere. Thanks in advance.

Don’t forget about the 2x2 racks – they're just as awesome!
I went with the 2x2 because it has closer hole spacing in the bench region and the smaller upright profile offers more clearance between the inner collars of my Eleiko power bar. It will take anything you can dish out. If you doubt it, just watch Westside hammer their 2x2 rack with 1000lb++ rack pulls.
When the rack arrived, it was missing a crossbar. I called EFS, they actually apologized to me and had one at my front door a day later. Great product ownership and service!!

I have this rack in my garage and love it! I had to replace my last rack (cheap) and wanted the best. This rack will last a lifetime no doubt about it. Best investment I ever made plus I no longer have to deal with all gym fluff.

I'm at a loss as to what the pulling stand attachment looks like...I like to do rack pulls off of mats, not pins, but don't know if the pulling stand lets the plates sit on them?

I have a 3X3 rack with dip attachment, band pegs, chin bar, quick spot pins, plate and chain storage and went with the 7 foot height for my garage gym. Without a doubt this was the best purchase I made for the gym, this rack can handle anything. To any athlete thinking about a buying a power rack and wasting their time surfing the net and searching the equipment forums, it's simple buy this rack!. This rack will out live you and when you die you can pass it on to your son.

While this article is focused on the 3x3 rack I just wanted to say I have had a build your own 2x2 rack for just about a year now. It is by far the best powerlifting related purchase I have made. My only criticism is with the re-designed J-hooks. Because they cover up pin holes on the rack below where the bar sits I can only do board presses while using the pins with a 1 or 2 board. When using a 3 board or higher I have to hang chains to catch the bar incase of failure. Other than that I have no complaints on the rack design.
